Terms and Conditions for Hockey Schedule Alerts

1. Program Description - By providing your phone number, you opt in to receive automated, recurring text message alerts regarding hockey game schedule updates, timing changes, and rink notifications.
2. Message Frequency - Message frequency varies. You will only receive a text message when a live schedule change or league notification is actively detected (typically no more than a few messages per day)
3. Message and Data Rates - Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Under no circumstances will the service administrators be liable for carrier fees.
4. How to Opt-Out / Stop - You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. How to Get Help - If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact the program administrator directly at ronchalant@gmail.com
6. Carrier Liability - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
